Both plants are equipped with advanced CNC sheet metal processing, laser cutting, CNC bending machines, and a dedicated powder coating plant. Each facility has an in-house testing laboratory ensuring 100% pre-dispatch quality verification on every panel.

11-tank pre-treatment process followed by epoxy powder coating in our in-house plant. Standard finish: RAL 7032 / RAL 7035; custom colours available.
Skilled technicians wire panels per approved schematics. Ferrule marking, cable routing, and terminal identification ensure clean, maintainable wiring.
100% pre-dispatch: HV test (2kV/1 min), IR test (>100 MΩ), full functional test of all controls, protection relays, interlocks, and metering circuits.
Panels packed in wooden crates with moisture-proof wrapping. Documentation: test certificates, drawings, manuals, and spares as ordered.
